No voluntary change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, preferences, or an incorrectly selected size or option, where permitted by law. Review your selection before purchase.

Required remedies

This restriction does not exclude legally required remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe or undelivered products. Email your order number and a description of the issue. Relevant photos may help. Contact us promptly; an arbitrary short reporting deadline does not waive statutory rights. We review the circumstances and provide the refund, replacement or other remedy required by law.

Delays, returns and refunds

If shipment cannot meet the promised or applicable default time, we provide required delay notices, cancellation/refund options and obtain delay consent where required. Supplier delays do not remove our obligations. Contact us before returning anything; approved remedies will include instructions and lawful allocation of return costs. Approved refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Provider processing times vary. Follow official recall remedy instructions. Non-excludable consumer rights and warranties remain applicable.
