Free standard United States shipping

Standard shipping is free for US addresses accepted at checkout, with no minimum order value. Shipping costs are included in our item prices. This is standard shipping, not an express delivery commitment. Applicable sales taxes are separate and displayed at checkout where charged.

Supplier fulfillment

Products may ship directly from third-party suppliers, including suppliers outside the United States. Shipment origin varies by product. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Babidoo remains your customer-service contact.

Timing and delays

Review any estimate specifically supplied for your item or order before purchase. If no timing information is supplied, contact us before ordering. Shipment and delivery are distinct. Carrier estimates are not a universal guarantee. We must have a reasonable basis for shipment commitments. Where applicable, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires shipment within the promised time or its default 30-day period if none is stated. If we cannot ship on time, we provide required notices and cancellation/refund options and obtain delay consent where required. Silence is treated as consent only where the applicable rules allow.

Tracking, addresses and delivery problems

Tracking is provided when available. Check your address before purchase and email us promptly if it is wrong; changes after shipment may not be possible. Carrier or customs delays do not waive required remedies. Contact us about missing, incorrect or damaged orders. A supplier's shipment statement alone does not establish that the customer received the goods.

Import charges

Do not assume that products originate in the US. Free standard shipping refers to the shipping charge we collect; it does not, by itself, establish treatment of any customs or import charges. Contact us before purchase for clarification if these may apply to your order. We will not impose an additional charge ourselves without disclosing it and obtaining any required agreement.
