Purchases from Babidoo

These terms apply to use of babidoo.com and purchases from Babidoo's United States online store. The store is intended for adult purchasers able to enter a contract. Third-party suppliers may manufacture and ship our products through dropshipping. Babidoo remains your contact for orders, complaints and legally applicable seller obligations.

Orders, prices and payment

Review the product description, manufacturer age information, size, selected options, quantity and final checkout total before purchase. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Free standard US shipping does not mean that applicable sales taxes are included in the displayed item price; any taxes charged by us are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund it rather than charge a higher amount without agreement. Screen settings can affect appearance, but products must still meet legally required descriptions and representations.

Fulfillment, delays and changes

Standard US shipping is free for addresses accepted at checkout. Orders may ship from suppliers outside the US and items may arrive separately. Review the order's specific timing information before purchase; contact us if none is provided. Shipment is distinct from delivery. Shipping commitments must have a reasonable basis. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable default time, we provide the required delay notice, cancellation/refund option and obtain consent when required. Supplier delays do not waive these obligations. Contact us promptly about an address change or cancellation; changes after processing or shipment may not be possible, subject to applicable rights.

Returns and required remedies

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including preference changes or an incorrectly selected size or option, where permitted by law. This does not exclude legally required rights or remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe or undelivered products. Contact us with your order number and the issue. Relevant photos can help; an arbitrary short reporting deadline does not waive statutory rights. Do not return goods to a supplier or mailing address without instructions. Approved remedies include lawful return instructions and allocation of return costs. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed; provider processing times vary. Follow official recall instructions.

Product use and safety

Follow the actual manufacturer's instructions, warnings and age limits. Adult supervision does not make an unsuitable or defective item safe. Stop using damaged products. Product information is not a substitute for medical advice. Report a possible safety issue through Complaints and Product Safety. These instructions do not transfer liability for defective products to the customer.

Limits only where permitted by law

To the extent permitted by law, losses attributable to misuse contrary to instructions or unauthorized modification may be excluded, except where a defect, inadequate warning or another obligation contributes. No provision excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections, required warranties, fraud, product safety duties, and personal injury liability where exclusion is prohibited. Dropshipping is not a blanket disclaimer of seller responsibility. These terms do not require customers to waive statutory claims or pay our legal costs merely for making a complaint.

Website use, privacy and disputes

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content. Shopify, payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms. Personal information is addressed by the Privacy Policy; applicable privacy requests can also be sent by email or through Your Privacy Choices. Contact us about a dispute so we can review it. This does not limit your right to contact a regulator, payment provider or court. Updates are dated and will not retroactively remove rights for an existing order.
